The Zeppelin Air European press tour has arrived in Hamburg. The event was held at the wonderful Mövenpick Hotel Hamburg in the hip Schanzenviertel area, with panoramic views over the city. It was well attended by key members of the German press, who got their first listen to the high-quality audio that Zeppelin Air has to offer, as well as experiencing a wireless demo of Apple’s AirPlay technology for the first time.
As well as the interested journalists, German rock legend and Society of Sound Fellow Udo Lindenberg attended the event. He used his iPhone and iPad, and played his own songs as well as recordings from his favourite artists on Zeppelin Air. As he was leaving, B&W Group Germany’s Stefan Splawski and Peter Schulte presented Udo with a Zeppelin Air of his own.
Next stop: Milan.
