Tom Donhou is an English bike designer and builder. He works on the cutting edge of bespoke bicycle design.

His passion for quality and hands-on craftsmanship shines through in every aspect of his work, his bikes not only beautiful but immaculately styled and manufactured.

“I’m happy to borrow technology from where I want to make the bike….each bike is built exactly for its purpose using the technologies I have available to me. You go and have something tailor-made for you, you put it on, it fits you and you feel comfortable in it. It’s the same with a tailor-made bike, you need to fit that bike, and that bike needs to fit you for you to get the most power out of it and to feel comfortable on it.”

Tom wears C5 headphones.

I loved the C5s – I recognise Toms comments about putting them on and feeling they are right straight away.
I had a problem with them in that 3 pairs failed with a consistent fault where one earbud would lose connectivity. It sounded like the balance had been altered to say 72:25.
I use my headphones a lot (4 hr commute and numerous conf calls all day. so they are a key bit of kit for me.
Love them when they work but after 3 fails (with v good support from B&W it must be said) I decided, sadly to switch.
If this fault can be resolved I would switch back again…
