Our MM-1 computer speakers have won too many accolades to mention in full, but include awards from What Hi-Fi? and PC Advisor.
They aren’t like other computer speakers. They’re true hi-fi speakers, shrunk to fit on your desktop. So they don’t just look great – they sound amazing. We thought Hi-Fi Choice summed them up very well: “Let’s just say it opened our eyes to new standards of attainment possible from miniature hi-fi”

I’ve tried two pairs: The sound was nothing but amazing! Still, I returned both pairs because the signal-noise-ratio was surprisingly low: When on, the speakers were never silent, so when playing quiet passages – or worse when not playing – there was always a low but constant noise. And yes, to eliminate any doubt, I’ve tried every kind of input from multiple sources: The noise originates in the speakers. From both a design and sound point-of-view, I really really wish these were my desktop speakers, but the background noise from the internal eletronics was simply a dealbreaker for me. So : Please redesign and provide internal eletronics par with the speakers!

They’re really good, but it would be amazing to see more from such speakers. New active nearfield speakers for PC! I think it’s a dream.. but I hope for it! I just told them in the survey. A little feedback for me from B&W would be nice!
