Wonderful video from new instrumental Darren Hayman album, Lido

Super Swimming Stadium by Darren Hayman from Darren Hayman on Vimeo.

Lido is an instrumental album by Darren Hayman about open air swimming pools. He also has a blog which “features words, pictures and sounds about lidos by various people.” We like it a lot.

The record will be released in September 2012 on limited edition blue vinyl by ‘Where It’s At Is Where You Are‘ records and on CD by Clay Pipe Music.

There will be an exhibition at Rough Trade East, London from the 3rd September.
