Spirit of Django: Recording a Prom at the Royal Albert Hall

Every summer the BBC Proms brings the world’s greatest musicians to London, this slideshow – produced exclusively for Bowers & Wilkins – looks at the audio skills at the heart of the broadcast of just one Prom concert.

Marvin Ware, BBC Senior Studio Manager, explains the challenges facing him as he prepares for the London premiere of The Spirit of DjangoGuy Barker’s vivid evocation of the brilliant jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt.
