Steven Page acoustic sound session for Bowers & Wilkins

Steven Page performing an acoustic set for Bowers & Wilkins sound sessions

On the evening of Friday, August 26th, artist Steven Page, lead vocalist and co-founder of the popular band The Barenaked Ladies, performed a solo acoustic set at the MET Club in Boston, MA as part of The Bowers & Wilkins Sound Session series.

In this intimate venue, 20 lucky ticket winners were granted VIP access to the private event where they had a meet-and-greet with the artist and received a pair of Bowers & Wilkins P5 headphones.

They were treated to a set of nine tracks from Page’s solo album “Page One.” His signature vocals and acoustic guitar were heard on songs including “Indecision”, “A New Shore”, “Entourage” and “Leave Her Alone” while two Zeppelin Air ipod speakers streamed backing tracks via AirPlay from a laptop.

Steven ended the evening by taking requests for Bare Naked Ladies favorites and performing “The Old Apartment” and  “Brian Wilson” just to name a few.

“Bowers & Wilkins Sound Sessions demonstrate the power of our portfolio of best-in-class performance audio products,” said Tyler Fairchild, Director of Strategic Brand Development for Bowers & Wilkins.

“These exclusive events enable us to share our 45 year commitment to building the most extraordinary loudspeakers and audio systems in the world with fans and musicians alike who are truly passionate about music.”
